We’re wired for purpose. Did you know that penal colonies were set up to force prisoners to perform labor -intensive work that was intentionally purposeless? There’s one story of a prisoner in a Russian gulag who was forced to move a pile of dirt from one corner of the prison yard to the other. All day. Every day.

You know what happened? He went mad. Because he knew that his effort had no meaning.

Fortunately, none of us are stuck in a gulag. But many live life without tapping into their greater purpose. And that feels bad, even if we don’t exactly what’s missing. Our hobbies, binge-watching streaks and smartphone addictions are often just attempts to silence that inner unease that there’s more to life…and we’re missing it.

Being the you God intended fills your life with purpose and joy, and it gives God lots of glory. But this can’t happen if you don’t know who you truly are.

That’s why I created my new program, Identity & Destiny Bootcamp, which I’m launching today. It isn’t another spiritual strengths assessment or a look at what color your parachute is.
